Introduction

The powder coating used for curtain wall with the weather-resistant will bring the weather- resistant performance to a new level and meet the requirements of AAMA2604-05.

With excellent gloss retention, color stability and excellent film integrity, with long-term decoration and protection functions.

There are bright/flat/low light/metal effects available.

Curing condition

200C x 10~ 15 mins/ (Actual temperature of workpiece)

Recommended film thickness:

60-80 urm

Spraying method:

high voltage electrostatic sprayin 60-80KV

STANDARD TEST METHOD FOR ITEMIZER

The above tests all use 0.8mm pure aluminum plate with a film thickness of 60 ~ 80um. The performance index of the film will change slightly with the difference of luster.

This product does not contain arsenic, selenium, lead, hexavalent chromium, mercury, antimony, cadmium and other heavy metals, and meets RoHS requirements.

Storage conditions: about 35C, dry, ventilated room storage, avoid direct sunlight.

Under these conditions, the powder can be stored for 12 months, product can still be used after re -examined to be in good condition even if it is found to be expired.
