Application conditions

Pretreatment: phosphating, chromating

Coating: Suitable for corona electrostatic spraying, friction electrostatic spraying, electrostatic fluidized bed spraying, etc.

Curing conditions:

200℃@10 minutes

180℃@15 minutes

Can also be designed according to customer needs

Carton packaging.

Lined with polyethylene plastic bag.

Storage conditions

Store in a dry and ventilated room below 30℃.

Avoid direct sunlight.

Under this condition, the powder can be stably stored for 12 months.

Can be retested after expiration, and can still be used if it meets the requirements.

Safety and health

All raw materials of powder coatings do not contain toxic substances.

No toxic gas will be released during baking.

Avoid inhalation of dust during use.

Operators should wear dust masks.

Minimize long-term contact between skin and powder.

Paint attached to the skin can be washed with soap.
